Tracking Medication History Over Time
would like to see a Tab created for Medication History. Any time a medication is added to a SOAPMF note which is then signed, the medications in the Medication field would automatically be added to the Medication History Tab. This tab would be a form similar to what most of us use in paper chart... more

Improve/develop registry function for P4P
More and more insurances and Medicare are looking for verification that we have done particular preventive care or chronic disease management - it would be very helpful to make it so that one can easily measure and report these items - both for P4P and to improve practice overall.

Fix the bugs
Have been a soapware user since 2004.
I have been very disappointed with the version5 upgrade.
Dancing cursor issue is horrible.
I have to closeout and restart program about half a dozen times thorughout the day. -

data explorer
Is there a way in the data explorer to bring up appointment dates. I need to know how many pt's have been given a specific medication and when they last got it.

Automatic SOAP to Summary
urrently, under Tools->Options->Workflow, a user can set "Summary to SOAP", meaning that when you open a new docuplate for an encounter, the data in the Summary sections will automatically be populated in the SOAP note sections.

Revamp the eRx interface.
Allow creating of Rx from a screen that looks like a script (or some other format that allows user to see at a glance what he is prescribing) , with dropdowns for choices. Automatically updated list of current and past meds available within eRx and displayed in Summary.

Faxing any document, scanned, text, EKG, etc.
Would love to be able to fax any document(EKG, Scanned, text, labs etc.) from chart using contact manager, instead of only "available document designs".

ability to show your signatures at the bottom of note/report
Instead of clicking signed off, there should be a way that a replica of your actual signatures appears at the bottom of the report or note. That will look nice.

Abilty to add logo of your practice or etc.
One should be able to add logo of the practice in color or accredited lab etc on thereports will look great.

chart sharing
When I use chart sharing to fax chart notes to another provider is there a way to remove the cover page and replace it with one we design? Can we change other pages as well.
